It seems the Motown Soul Bar is definitely ear marked for demolition despite the lack of movement since the first planning application was made in 2011. I received an email asking for help regarding a proposed development in Broadfield Road. Apparently the initial application was vetoed on grounds of over development. It has now been to appeal commission in Bristol who have given the go ahead despite the plans being in breach of national regulations (HSG9). I am pretty clueless about planning.
