Have you heard? Little Nan’s is coming to Catford.
The group behind Little Nan’s in Deptford, have been chosen to run the bar in Broadway Theatre Catford. The space will be rebranded as Little Nan’s Catford Broadway Theatre Saloon and a launch party is promised for 9 February from 5pm.
Last year Lewisham council sought bids for a new operator to run the café and bars in the theatre. Award winning Little Nan’s will provide the booze and Jamaican street food specialists, Mama’s Jerk will provide the food.
The group say “guests can expect a kitsch art deco forest of dreams where cocktails come served in teapots & vases, fridges full of craft beers and taps pouring lager and ales. Fine wines and fizz available by glass or bottle and premium spirits served in vintage cut glass.”
If you can’t wait to see what all the fuss is about, you can pop down to Deptford where Little Nan’s and Mama’s Jerk both have permanent spaces in Deptford Market Yard.
