Jazz night at the Catford Constitutional Club

15/02/2016 By Editor Leave a Comment

catford-constitutional-clubStarting from 24 February, London based trumpet player and member of the Julian Joseph All-Star Big band, Jackson Mathod will be hosting a monthly Jazz Jam at Catford Constitutional Club on the last Wednesday of the month. The night aims to showcase some of the emerging talent in the London Jazz scene.

This month’s line-up features:

  • Alam Nathoo – Tenor Sax
  • Matthew Read – Bass
  • Harry Pope – Drums

House band set at 9pm. Jam till close.

If you’ve never been to the Constitutional Club it’s on Catford Broadway and is run by Antic London, the same people who used to run the Catford Tavern.

If you love jazz this is the place to be. The Constitutional is an award winning pub that has a great atmosphere and a good selection of beer and a fantastic kitchen if you’re feeling hungry.
