Catford welcomes Joy’s Health Sanctuary

08/02/2017 By Editor Leave a Comment

Good news for all you health cats and smoothie lovers, Joy’s Health Sanctuary opened its doors this week in Rushey Green.

Joy specialises in healthy fruit juices, dairy free protein shakes, dairy free, sugar free and gluten free cakes. Delicious hot patties are also on the menu. You’ll also find organic pasta, healthy option crisps, apple cider vinegar, butters and a host of other produce on the shelves.

Joy’s daughter Katrina has done a fantastic job of spreading the word about her mum’s new venture. On 1st February, she broadcast a live video on Facebook that quickly did the rounds and was shared on WhatsApp which is how I learned about it.

Pop in, say hi and order yourself a smoothie!

Joy’s Health Sanctuary is situated at 117 Rushey Green which was formerly the site for Gorgeous Gifts & Accessories.
