Asda opens in Lewisham

17/10/2016 By Editor Leave a Comment

thurston_point_lewishamGood news for the people of Lewisham as a new branch of Asda opens today – Monday 17 October.

The supermarket occupies the ground floor of the new builds at Thurston Point, Thurston Road, Lewisham.

Thurston Point is a mixed use retail and residential development forming part of the wider Lewisham regeneration within the town centre.

The retail space is at ground and first floor levels, with dedicated parking and servicing. The residential accommodation comprises 406 new flats with separate dedicated parking and private amenity space.

It’s great to know that with all this unfordable affordable housing being built in Lewisham we finally warrant an ASDA. No more traipsing to the Old Kent Road or Charlton.
